Well the sun was definitely out and the threats of rain held off for what must have been the hottest Petersfield Spring Festival ever.

The three-day Bank Holiday weekend was full of awesome activities for people of all ages! Starting on the Saturday evening at 7pm a fantastic line up of live music acts on stage entertained you all for days in Petersfield square and two full days of market stalls selling quality produce and many activities including the awesome new addition of ‘Bug Fest” which was extremely popular and let people handle a range of bugs and watch the “Wild and Deadly Show” performed by Nick Wadham. The Solent Renegades with their American and classic cars were out in force as well as the very popular steam engines with their rides raising almost £200 for The Kimgs Arms.  The selection of new minis were out with lots of enquiries but the classic minis which were advertised had mechanical issues on the way and so unfortunately couldn’t make it but we hope to rearrange.

Thank you to all of you who came along and supported the event and bought a drink or five from the Festival Bar or any of the awesome food offerings around the square. We look forward to seeing you all again in the Summer.
