A slick, stylish indie rock trio with some

The 505s 2019

serious indie rock chops – it’s no small wonder that the 505’s are quickly establishing a reputation as one of the country’s hottest party bands. These expert players bring a touch of class to your big night, without losing any of that hard hitting, rock ‘n’ roll potency.

Based in Portsmouth, The 505s have become one of the South Coast’s most in demand party bands for weddings, private events and corporate functions, and it’s not difficult to see why. This audacious indie rock trio offer up a night of entertainment that is tough to beat – two hours of blistering live music that’ll cover everything from 60’s rock n’ roll to modern chart killers. There’s something to get everyone hitting the dance floor in The 505s remarkable setlist.

Sour Kix are a young energetic band from Woking, made up of siblings Louis, Ollie and Amelie, alongside best mates, Ed and Andries. A highly energetic mix of indie pop/rock explodes from their performances and their skill at pleasing the crowd with a selection of well-crafted originals has culminated in them being requested to play at numerous festivals including main stage performances supporting Jessie J, Kaiser Chiefs, The Vamps, Lucy Spraggan, Scouting for Girls & The Wholls.

In 2015 the band appeared live on Channel 4’s TFI Friday, drawing acclaim from presenter Chris Evans and guests Ronnie Wood and The Vamps. They released their first EP “Wildest Dreams” in 2017 and since then have been writing, recording and releasing new material. They are proud ambassadors for WWF Earth Hour and help support many other charities including Make a Wish Foundation, Shooting Star Chase, Just a Drop and Teenage Cancer Trust. They have recently appeared on the front cover of The Musicians Handbook 2018/19 for the Musicians Union and they have just created a jingle for ‘Dogs on the the Streets’ charity. Since recording their latest tracks “Footprints” and “3am” they have gained regular AirPlay from local radio stations.
