Petersfield Community Events is a Community Interest Company set up by Ben Errey and Steve Jacob. We are a not-for-profit C.I.C who put on events utilising trusted suppliers and partners which we have built up over the years. The community is at the heart of everything we do. We are passionate about Petersfield and putting on awesome free to attend events that everyone in Petersfield and surrounding areas can attend and enjoy.

Yes of course! Petersfield Community Events always need help to put on our events. Even a couple of hours marshalling or litter picking would really help! Please get touch we would really appreciate it!
Our three Petersfield Festivals (Spring, Summer, Christmas) are all right in the centre of Petersfield, taking over The Square (GU32 3HQ) and the surrounding streets.
The Petersfield Awards Show takes place at Churcher's College, Ramshill, Petersfield GU31 4AS
For our Petersfield events, there are over 1,000 parking spaces available in Petersfield. EHDC operate the pay and display car parks which lie within walking distance of our event.

Our events in Petersfield Town Centre are completely FREE to enter! Please take this into consideration and support the festival bar/catering stalls and other market stalls where you can.

For the events in Petersfield Town Centre, we use the public toilets in St. Peter's Road and Waitrose Carpark. For the other events, facilities will be available.
For the events in Petersfield Town Centre, access is open to the public, so YES, you can bring your dog, please keep them secure on a lead.
For The Petersfield Awards, you will not be able to bring your dog due to the venue restrictions.
If you are taking your dog to one of our events, please ensure you clear up after them and bring plenty of fresh water and please keep in mind that the events are busy, so may not be the right atmosphere for nervous animals.
Of course guide dogs are welcome to all our events.
The events in Petersfield Town Centre are on public streets. We do everything we can to keep access as clear as possible. Please speak to a member of the festival team if you need support.
For The Petersfield Awards, there is full accessibility.

The costs of putting on the Petersfield Festivals partly come from our awesome caterers and drinks providers. If you enjoy the event we therefore strongly recommend that you purchase food and drink from our vendors. This is really important to our ability to keep the festivals running for free each year.
However, if you wish to bring your own food and drink you are welcome to. Please do not leave any rubbish on site!
The Petersfield Awards - No, you cannot bring your own food/drink to this event, nibbles will be provided and a full bar will be at the event.
If you are concerned about dietary requirements/allergies, please get in touch with our team.
The vast majority of traders will accept card payments, including the Hometown bar. However, we encourage you also bring cash as some traders and many of our attractions may prefer to remain cash only. We are unable to guarantee card payment across the festivals. For events in the Petersfield Town Centre, there are plenty of accessible ATM's close to the event.
For events in the Petersfield Town Centre, road diversions are in place and access is not available to the public during event hours. If access is needed for emergency purposes on the day of the festivals, please talk to a member of event staff. If you need to access the church for the service, enter from St. Peter's Road and a marshall will be there to meet you.
