The nomination stage has happened, the independent panel of judges have deliberated and decided on the short lists for all categories and ALL CATEGORIES were open to a public vote and YOU have decided the winners.
The voting stage has now closed, over 5,000 people have voted and we are validating and counting the 40,000 votes over the 20 categories! The live glitzy awards ceremony evening will be held at Churcher's College, on Rams Hill in Petersfield, on Friday 25th October when all winners will be announced.

We ask members of the public to nominate their favourite businesses for each of the 20 categories, giving their reasons for nominating.

Faye Thompson: Our town crier really deserves to be recognised for putting Petersfield even more on the map. She goes out of her way to help and connect people. She brings both fun and gravitas to the role. She volunteers at various places including The Festival Hall, Petersfield Bookshop and Gallery 30. Faye comes up with many ideas to promote the town and makes people feel good. A real joygiver. Her 'Oyezs' are very recognisable!
Leon Jenkins: As Hampshire's youngest sexton, Leon Jenkins brings care and dedication to his work across the cemeteries in the local area. His role goes beyond digging graves; Leon maintains the grounds, arranges flowers, and provides a comforting presence to grieving families, ensuring dignity for the deceased and peace for those who mourn.
Peter Fisher: Peter Fisher has been instrumental in promoting environmental sustainability by organising community clean-up events and educating residents on the importance of recycling. He looks after the grounds of St. Peters Church every day - out in all weathers despite his advanced age.
The Rosemary Foundation: The Rosemary Foundation has provided invaluable support to families facing the difficulty of family members needing end of life care, offering resources and counselling during difficult times.

Aimie Hart: Aimie Hart, a Year 10 student at The Petersfield School and a dedicated member of SouthDowns Taekwondo, has demonstrated remarkable talent and commitment, recently earning her Black Belt and winning multiple medals in national competitions.
Chris Hibbert: Chris Hibbert began as an apprentice at Syn-Star with limited knowledge of technology, but through hard work and a positive attitude, he has become a full-time Digital Marketer and now plays a crucial role in training new staff.
Fleur Ash: At just 18 years old, Fleur Ash has captivated audiences with her incredible performance in the Petersfield Theatre Group’s production of Sister Act, showcasing her exceptional musical talent and dedication to her craft.
Jake Hird: Jake Hird, an inspiring young man with Down Syndrome, has overcome significant challenges to thrive at Hector’s, volunteering at charity events and demonstrating remarkable determination in learning new skills while spreading awareness about inclusivity.

Paddy May - Petersfield Cricket: Paddy May has dedicated over a decade to coaching and coordinating youth cricket at Petersfield Cricket Club, tirelessly working to introduce nearly 100 primary school children to the sport each year while always prioritising their development and enjoyment.
Petersfield Pearls Netball: The Petersfield Pearls Netball team, formed as part of a Back to Netball initiative, empowers women of all ages to enjoy the sport, breaking down barriers and creating an inclusive, friendly environment while participating in charity events and mixed-gender competitions.
