PETERSFIELD SUMMER FESTIVAL
DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS AND TO ENSURE EVERYONE STAYS SAFE WE HAVE CANCELLED THE SUMMER FESTIVAL 2020
We are sad to announce another event is to be cancelled due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN OUR 10th YEAR!
It is with a heavy heart we are having to cancel the upcoming Petersfield Summer Festival in August. We have been watching the Government guidelines and updates very closely. We are in dialogue with the District Council Environmental Health and Licensing Teams getting advised as how to proceed. To have an event in the town centre, even in a large market only format, is deemed to be impossible under current guidelines. We are completely gutted but of course public safety has to be our number one priority.
Plans for our Christmas event later in the year are still being made in the hope the worst will be over and we can resume a more normal way of life to celebrate our local community.
Please stay safe and we will see you all soon
Steve, Ben and the Hometown Team. x
